I just spent a very relaxing weekend at the beach. I think that will get me through the rest of the school year! Monday was Dominican Labor Day and so on Sunday 9 or 10 school buses of Dominican's showed up for the day. What a different experience. We lie around in the sun and they look at us from the shade as if we are the craziest people around. They can't understand how we could spend all day in the sun and on top of it, doing nothing!
School is going well. We are beginning our project of Australian animals. My kids are going to build an Australian Animal Zoo and make a field guide with it. We will be visiting the zoo next week and have begun researching about our animals. I will keep you updated on the process. These are pics of a short animal skit we did in English class.
Please keep praying for my decision about committing to next year. I feel like I am coming closer to making a decision. Who knew it would be so hard!?
