The third time they stole the electrical lines, they left us hanging... The neighbors were kind enought to fix it.

I was just telling someone about the electrical problems in the D.R. the other day (when our neighbors tapped into our lines in the first house I lived in) . . . and then I come to read your blog this morning . . . the problems continue. I will definitely pray for you, your safety, and your living situations.
